"Pupils behave really well in class, around school and at playtimes. Positive and caring relationships have created an environment where pupils are kept safe and feel safe. Leaders, staff and pupils work hard to make sure that pupils are ready for life"

Reception's Trip to Ash End Farm

Reception really enjoyed their first ever school trip to Ash End House Children's Farm.

When we arrived at the farm, we were greeted by a farmer who took us on a tour. We were lucky enough to see lots of different animals and we even got to help the farmers with some of their jobs, such as feeding the animals and collecting a fresh egg to take home. The children enjoyed learning about each of the animals at the farm and singing songs about the animals.

After our tour, we enjoyed visiting some of the other animals who live on the farm, including reptiles such as snakes and birds of prey, such as owls. We then ended the day with lots of fun on the farm's play area.

Take a look at some of the photos of the fun we had at the farm.
